MYJAMON.COM reserves the right not to accept requests for items that exceed the volume or for causes are unknown to MYJAMON and for which the buyer could not be served.

In the case of any of the situations described above, MYJAMON.COM will send an 'e-mail indicating to the purchaser any change in rates or absence of the requested volume. In each case the buyer will be entitled to accept the change or ask for a cancellation of the order or line of items involved. MYJAMON.COM will return the amount which may have been unduly billed.

Sales made to Huella Artesanal LTD are subject to Spanish law.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy the applicable jurisdiction will be the closer one in proximity to the place of Huella Artesanal LTD.
