The Duroc sweet chorizo is processed by a family group in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, from Duroc pigs race exclusively. It was decided to work with this type of pig for its renowned firmness of the meat, for the juicy flavor that accords every palate. The care of the feeding based on vegetable feed and the selection of these pigs follow canons control very restricted and steady.
