La Campiña Iberian cebo loin

This is a product of about 700 gr which comes from Iberian pigs raised for a part of their lives in freedom and later in the battery. This loin has a very good quality, it is very appreciated both nationally and internationally, although not well known by the people and not foodies.

Ideal as an appetizer, sliced very thin it is recommended to fully appreciate the compact design and the reddish colour.
