This Iberian acorn-fed loin is a finest quality Iberian sausage, because the cut of the loins is made from one of the better parts of the Iberian pig. It has a firm texture being a muscle very exerted by very Iberian pigs during their long walks on pasture. Its flavor is strong and characteristic thanks to the use of the natural paprika with registered designation of origin, with a strong acorn’s aftertaste, perceptible even during cutting.
