The Iberian acorn- fed loin Cayo Rodriguez better known by the Spanish name "lomito bellota" presents a reddish color, almost orange with a compact texture, which stands out thanks to the typical veining given from the pig’s diet based Iberian acorn and natural fodder. On the nose you notice the smell of spices used for seasoning as well as in the mouth because the paprika and rest of the spices used for drying leaves a bittersweet aftertaste very appetizing.
