Wedge of seasoned cheese produced in the village of Villamayor de Santiago, in the province of Cuenca, Castilla la Mancha. Made from cow's milk (up 75%) and goat (max 10%), with the passion and experience of the family business Sanabria, with over thirty years of experience in the field. Spain uses different kinds of cheese for eleborare tapas, this is one of the cheeses that often marries the serrano ham or pepperoni friggitelli greens and olives. It 'also ideal as a starter simply cut into slices with olive oil and a sprinkling of fresh rosemary above.
