Sugar cane honey

Sugar cane honey, Nuestra Señora del Carmen. Concentrated juice of sugar cane produced in Frigiliana (Málaga). It tastes sweet, slightly licorice-like with a small bitter aftertaste. It is made by cooking the juice of sugar cane to partial evaporation of the water contained therein, forming a syrupy product.
